Shaykh Dr. Ahmed Saad, founder and dean of Ihsan Institute, is an Egyptian-born British scholar with a BA from Al-Azhar, PhD from the University of Birmingham and traditional training in Islamic sciences.

Ustādh Abdurrahmaan Sharif, Ihsan Institute faculty with psychology degree and ijazāt in Quran, Maliki Fiqh, Aqīdah, and Tajwīd, teaches Quran, Fiqh, Arabic, and youth programs.

Ustādha Saffiya Gaffar, BA from Cambridge Muslim College, specializes in Maliki Fiqh, Arabic, and Tajwīd, teaching at Ihsan Institute and community initiatives.

Ustādh Yusha Jung, with first-class BA from SOAS, teaches Quran memorization, Maliki Fiqh, Aqeedah, and Arabic under Shaykh Ahmed Saad.
